The GCE and GCSE exam certificates will be available to collect from the exams office from November 2019. Please contact the Exams Office (01536 741857 #7225) to request your documents and arrange the collection timing.
Please note that we only keep exam certificates for three years for students, at which time if they have not been collected they will be returned the to exam boards.
The Academy will only keep exam results information until the candidate is twenty five years old, at which time you will need to contact the relevant exam board. Please see below:
Exam Contingency Date
The Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) have decided that they need the option to postpone an exam (or exams) in the event of an incident and rearrange them for a later date to allow all students a fair and equal chance. For the contingency date please see the relevant exam timetable below. Contingency Date Wednesday 24 June 2020.
Contingency Plan from the Exam Boards
We have had a notice from the examination body today regarding their contingency plan in the event of any disruption to the scheduled summer exams. At present all exams will take place as planned and students will receive their timetable before we break for the Easter holidays. As a back up plan we have been advised to inform students that they must be available at all times from the first of the exam schedule until Wednesday 24 June 2020. Even if their final exam is scheduled to finish before this date they must be able to attend in case any exams have to be rescheduled up to and including this date. Please make note of this information to avoid any confusion. We will remind students of this when they are given their individual timetable. Mrs K Greenan - Exams Officer.
