Training Day - Thursday May 5th

Due to exceptional circumstances, we have had to change the planned training day for April 26th. Training day will now take place on Thursday 5th May. Please read further for more information regarding this and the forthcoming Bank Holidays.
The Training Day was originally planned for Tuesday 26th April. Monday of that week (25th April) is a Bank Holiday, as Easter is late this year. An additional Bank Holiday has been granted for Friday of that week (Friday 29th April) for the Royal Wedding. The following Monday is another Bank Holiday (Monday 2nd May).
We have now been informed that on Thursday of the following week (Thursday 5th May) the school will be used as a Polling Station for the local government elections and the referendum. We cannot have the school open in session for students when it is being used as a Polling Station and, therefore, we are proposing to move the Training Day to that date.
